Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a style of yoga that incorporates a lot of different styles and techniques together. It is an old technique that incorporates lots of asanas (yoga positions) and pranayama (breathing activities), which help carry harmony to the psyche and body, setting up the body for more intense practices.
In a Hatha Yoga class you can expect a delicate and slow flow which is perfect for beginners and people who are inclined towards a more relaxed style where they will hold positions for longer.
Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga described by flowing asanas together so you move starting with one then onto the next, flawlessly, guided by your breath. Vinyasa classes offer an wide range of stances and no two classes are ever the same.
Vinyasa Yoga will assists with building up a balanced body just as well as protecting against repetitive movement injuries that can occur if you are doing the same movement every day.
Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is type of guided meditation otherwise called “yogic sleep”. It’s typically practiced in Savasana (Corpse Pose) with a teacher guiding the class. The class draws our awareness inwards, and we practice how to move between attentiveness and rest, where our body discovers its regular condition of harmony (homeostasis). The breath adjusts and becomes calm, rhythmic and quite. This allows us to discover more about the conscious and unconscious parts of our brain.

Yoga can help a lot with preparing for child birth and restrengthening the muscles afterwards.
Practicing yoga prenatal can help with: Improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, strength and flexibility of the muscles need for childbirth and decreasing lower back pain, nausea and headaches.
After pregnancy restabilising and restrengthen the body is a very important part of recovery. Our Post Natal yoga classes are designed to help with the healing process, bond with your baby and relieve any emotional or physical side effects.

Satyananda Yoga is a style of yoga created by Sri Master Satyananda Saraswati and his ancestry, which comes from ancient and traditional sources. Satyananda Yoga is practiced in a traditional way, asanas (postures) to create harmony in the body and mind through the movement of the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energetic body (equated with Ki or Chi in other systems), and meditation to create stillness and focus the mind. It also takes a broader outlook by teaching and encouraging yogic lifestyles.
