10 Week prevention yoga courses
The 10 units build on each other and familiarize you with yoga. Step by step you will learn basic yoga postures (asanas) that will make you stronger and more flexible.
In addition, you will gain insights into yoga philosophy and the practice of meditation, in which your breath leads you to more mindfulness, relaxation and tranquility. The course is designed to show participants relaxation techniques from Hatha Yoga that prevent and reduce physical and mental tension.
Every Monday at 17:30
Through the regularity and repetition of the exercises, participants will be given the basics to be able to independently apply relaxation techniques in everyday life 10 dates, 140 euros Monday 17:30.
The sessions will be livestreamed from the studio. At the end of the course we can issue a certificate of attendance, with which one can have costs reimbursed by the health insurance.
